AGB

1. Purpose: The purpose of this AGB is to set the terms and conditions for the use of Noriware's sustainable packaging products and services.

2. Definition of terms: "Noriware" refers to the company providing sustainable packaging products and services. "Products" refers to the seaweed-based packaging films produced by Noriware. "Services" refers to any additional support or consulting services provided by Noriware to its customers.

3. Product specifications: Noriware's products are made from rapidly renewable resources and are compostable at home within a revolutionary time frame. The properties and specifications of the products are described in detail on the company's website.

4. Ordering and payment: Customers may place orders for products and services through Noriware's website or other authorized channels. Payment for products and services must be made in accordance with the terms specified by Noriware at the time of the order.

5. Delivery and shipment: Noriware will deliver the products to the customer's specified location in accordance with the delivery terms agreed upon at the time of the order. The customer is responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery and reporting any defects or issues to Noriware within a reasonable time frame.

6. Warranty and returns: Noriware warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective, the customer may return it to Noriware for repair or replacement.

7. Limitation of liability: Noriware's liability to the customer for any damages arising from the use of its products and services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the products and services.

8. Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this AGB will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

9. Governing law: This AGB will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which Noriware is headquartered.

10. Entire agreement: This AGB constitutes the entire agreement between Noriware and the customer and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements between the parties.

 

By using Noriware's products and services, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this AGB.
