Introducing Genny Dibello to the team

noriware is excited to welcome Genny Dibello to the team as our new Industrial Chemist!

Genny holds a master’s degree in industrial chemistry from the University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna) and brings nearly three years of experience in research and development. Her expertise spans biopolymers, sustainable materials, and advanced analytical techniques such as DSC, TGA, and DMA.

Her background includes developing coatings for medical devices and optimizing purification processes for bio-based chemicals, all driven by a passion for innovation and sustainability. At noriware, she will apply this expertise to advance seaweed-based packaging solutions.
